The main process of the refining process in the senior grades:
Neutralization pot:acid refining, alkali refining, and water washing.
Decolorizing pot: Bleaching oil to remove pigment.
Deodorizing pot: Remove the oily smell (made of stainless steel).
Heat conduction oil furnace: Provide heat energy for production, the temperature can reach 280℃.
Vacuum pump: Provides a vacuum degree for decolorization and deodorization, reaching the above-mentioned 755mgHg.
Air compressor: Dry decolorizing bleaching earth.
Filter press: Filter bleaching earth.
Steam generator: Provide steam deodorization and distillation.
2. Operating instructions for oil refining
Preparation of grease equipment:
1) Test crude oil and test acid value and color. If you have a laboratory, please do a sample test.
2) Put the cooling water.
3) Prepare bleaching earth, caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) and coal.
4) Connect power.
5) Check whether the vacuum pump, air compressor, filter and heat transfer oil pump are all OK.
6) When replacing the heat transfer oil, it must be heated, about 98°C for 5 hours. If no steam overflows from the head tank, it's ok to heat it to 280°C slowly.
