1. YZYX120B Screw Oil Press Introduction

2. Structure Characteristics And Working Principle of 120B Screw oil press machine
2.1 Structure
The machine is composed of seven parts: reduction section, feeding section, bar cage, worm shaft, support base,Vacuum Filter Cylinder and Vacuum pump.See the attached picture.
Reducer structure: Separate the feed port from the reducer box, increase the adjustment range of cake thickness, adopt two-stage cylindrical gear reduction, and the shaft center faces the sub-box body design, which greatly reduces the maintenance intensity.The second pair of gears is driven by helical gears, which enhances the carrying capacity. See the attached figure.
Worm shaft movement: It is driven by a motor through a V-shaped belt deceleration to the deceleration mechanism.
Hopper feed shaft: A movement is separated from the belt pulley shaft of the reducer, and the speed of the feed shaft is obtained by the deceleration of the flat belt wheel and the bevel gear box, see the attached picture. The feeding mechanism is designed to meet the requirements of loose oil and more than twice pressings. For the oil that is hot-pressing once, a feeding hopper can be used.
Barrel structure:The barrel structure is designed with two-stage press and three-stage press. The two-stage pressing is a basic type, suitable for a variety of plant oils, using a one-time continuous hot pressing process, the effect is remarkable. With three-stage pressing, the pressure of the barrel is further increased, Properly operated, it is expected to obtain more excellent economic benefits, It is suitable for the old users who have accumulated experience and emphasize the dry cake residual oil.The cage bar adopts a combined small cage bar to increase the oil output line to meet the needs of different users.
2.2 Working Principle of 120B Screw oil press machine
When the oil press is running, the pre-treatment raw material enters the barrel from the feeding hopper. Due to the the pressure generated by the sharp change in the volume of barrel from large to small, the thrust of the screw shaft, the resistance of the multi-petal arc curve in the pressure ring,the friction between the material embryo,The combined action generating strong pressure to squeeze the grease out of the material embryo and flow out from the oil gap between the cage bar and the pressure ring. The residue is squeezed into a cake from the end of the screw shaft and discharged.
