1. YZYX180 Screw Oil Press Introduction

YZYX180 screw oil press is a larger product developed by our company on the basis of constantly summarizing production practice experience in order to meet the development needs of oil processing industry.Its main features are:The processing capacity is large, the pressing stroke of the blank is long in the pressing chamber, the pressing chamber pressure is further improved, so as to improve the oil production efficiency and reduce the residual oil rate of the dry cake.At the same time, the fragile parts are made of high quality alloy steel, which significantly improves the service life.
Among them, YZYX180B is the basic two- level press type (pressing cage length L1005), YZYX180C is the extended three-level press type, and YZYX180 is the extended four-level press type (both pressing cage length are L1175).All of them are suitable for pressing rapeseed, cottonseed, soybean, peanut kernel, flax seed, tung seed, sunflower seed, palm kernel and other plant oils.
