The cooking oil refining machine is widely used to decolor, degum, deodor, and remove acid in various edible oil and vegetable oils, such as sunflower oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, sesame oil, corn oil, palm oil, olive oil, castor oil, cottonseed oil, etc. It can remove water, gas and other impurities in the oil to be refined. It can degum, decolor, deodor and remove acid in the oil. According to the requirements for different customers, the machine can be made of both stainless steel and carbon steel.
1. Introduction of small oil refinery machine:
Neutralization pot:for acid refining, alkali fefining and water washing.
Decolorization pot:bleach oil and remove pigment.
Decolorization pot:remove odor of oil (made of stainless steel)
Heat condction oil furnace:provide heat energy for production,the temperature can reach 280ºc
Vacuum pump:provide vacuum degree for decolorization and deodorization,up to above
Air compressor:dry decolorized bleaching clay.
Steam generator:provide steam for deodorization&distillation
Specification:2∼10T/D
Equipment features:
Simple operation ,saving investment,is suitable for oil whose processing capacity is below 10T/D,such as soybean oil,cottonseed oil,palm oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil etc.
