1. Process parameters
① Quality of flake into the extractor
Direct extraction process: the flake thickness is less than 0.3 mm, and the moisture content is less than 10%;
Pre-press extraction process: the maximum diagonal of the flake does not exceed 15 mm, the fines content (below 30 mesh) is less than 5%, and the moisture content is less than 5%.
② The flake is extracted in a rotocel extractor, and its speed is not more than 100 revolutions per minute; when it is extracted in a loop type extractor, its speed is not less than 0.3 revolutions per minute.
③ The extracted temperature is 50~55℃.
④ Mixed oil concentration
If the oil content of the extraction flake is more than 18%, the mixed oil concentration is not less than 20%; if the oil content of the extraction flake is greater than 10%, the mixed oil concentration is not less than 15%; if the oil content of the extraction flake is greater than 5% and less than 10% , The mixed oil concentration is not less than 10%.
⑤ The residence time of the meal in the desolventizing layer
High-temperature meal is not less than 30 minutes; the vapor-phase temperature of the toaster is 74-80℃; the outlet temperature of the toaster meal is not less than 105°C and the low-temperature meal is not more than 80°C. The outlet temperature of DTDC meal with cooling layer does not exceed the ambient temperature by 10°C.
⑥ Mixed oil evaporation system
The crude oil at the outlet of the stripping column contains less than 0.2% of the total volatiles and the temperature is 105°C.
⑦ Solvent recovery system
The inlet temperature of the condenser cooling water is below 30℃, and the outlet temperature is below 45℃. The condensate temperature is below 40℃.
2. Product quality
① Total volatile matter of crude oil is below 0.2%.
② The residual oil rate of the meal is below 1% (the powdery material is below 2%), and the moisture content is below 12%, the detonation test is qualified.
③ Generally, crude oil is required to meet the following standards: normal color, odor, and taste; 0.5% moisture and volatiles; 0.5% impurities; acid value refers to the quality standards of raw materials, not higher than the specified requirements.
④ The quality of the pre-pressed cake is inspected at the exit of the pre-press. The requirements: cake thickness 12mm; cake moisture 6%; cake residual oil; 13%, but it can be increased to 18% according to the requirements of the extraction process.
